Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is hiring to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support merchandising and loss-prevention standards while following safety guidelines.

You should be able to adapt to changing directions, multi-task across departments, and work a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred and associates receive discounts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promote credit and loyalty programs and assist in store recovery.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support safety and loss prevention policies and help achieve shrink-reduction goals.
