Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is hiring a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage customers, support loyalty programs, and ensure accurate checkout and merchandise handling.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, strong communication and organizational skills, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Training on loss prevention and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash.
• Maintain merchandising standards and clean store appearance.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
