Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate at the Outlets at Castle Rock in Castle Rock, CO. You will help customers, share product knowledge, and support a seamless online-to-offline shopping experience.

This 3–4 month role reports to the Store Manager and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have retail experience, a strong passion for active lifestyles, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge, fabrics, fit and features.
• Engage customers through in-store events, promotions and community activities.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure easy shopping experience.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Unpack inventory and handle items weighing 10–30 lbs.
• Help meet and exceed sales goals and maintain safety standards.
