Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a part-time Store Associate for the Outlets at Castle Rock in Castle Rock, CO. You will support a dynamic team delivering a best-in-class shopping experience, connecting online and in-store journeys with innovative technology.

You will engage customers, learn fabrics and product details, and help drive store sales in a fast-paced environment. You’ll report to the Store Manager and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Engage customers, educate on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Meet and strive to exceed store sales goals and performance metrics.
