Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help families choose baby essentials as they prep for school and daily moments.

This on-site role offers a friendly, inclusive environment with training and growth opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, support omnichannel needs, and contribute to a safe, well-stocked store while earning hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
