Columbia Sportswear Company in Washington, PA is hiring a Part-time Regular and Seasonal Hourly Retail Associate. You will assist customers, maintain visual merchandising, and process transactions while supporting the store team in delivering the brand experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience in retail or less.
• Able to operate POS and inventory systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and cordial with customers.

• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock replenishment and product placement on shelves.
