Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing issues; demonstrate and explain merchandise and make recommendations.
• Maintain store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections.
• Assist in store profitability by accurate product flow handling and replenishment.
