Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a part-time Regular and Seasonal Hourly Retail Associate (NSO). The role pays $18.50 per hour and requires applicants to be 18 or older.

You’ll join a dynamic team delivering customer service, merchandizing, and smooth checkout processes in a fast-paced store environment. The position offers flexible schedules, wellness time off, and employee discounts across all brands including Columbia, prAna, Sorel, and Mountain Hardwear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years (or less) experience in a retail or similar role
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the floor or stock room.
• Perform all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and inventory processing.
