Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic retail software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about product features and availability.
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness and safety.
• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product flow and replenishment.
