Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or retail setting.
• Ability to operate POS systems and related retail software.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty sign-ups) accurately.
• Support store profitability through efficient product flow and stock handling.
