Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families in Auburn, WA. You will greet customers, explain product benefits, and help shoppers across in-store and omnichannel experiences.

As a team member, you’ll support POS tasks, restock floors, and promote promotions while maintaining a welcoming, clean store. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues confidently and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
