Job summary

Kohl's in Southaven, MS is seeking an entry-level Associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and throughout store processes.

You will greet customers, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments, while following Kohl’s brand standards and policies.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be 16 years of age or older, with flexible availability including weekends. Pay starts at $12.50 per hour.

• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently following company guidelines.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes including register balancing and replenishing supplies.
