Job summary

Kohl's in Warsaw, Indiana is looking for a friendly associate to deliver fast, courteous service at the point of sale. You will greet customers, process transactions, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments.

You will follow POS and service standards, contribute to inventory accuracy, support training for new hires, and participate in daily service processes while meeting goals for loyalty and credit programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No specific retail experience required but preferred client-facing service exposure.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Meet or exceed POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast service.
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service tasks like register balancing, change orders and replenishment.
