Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to warmly welcome customers, explain our baby and children’s lines, and assist with in-store and omnichannel shopping. You’ll perform POS transactions, restock floors, and help customers understand promotions and our loyalty program.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer-service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting. Availability for varied hours, including weekends, is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle point of sale transactions efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and help minimize losses.
