Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers and guide them through baby and kidswear in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll help with product knowledge, process transactions, and support omnichannel initiatives to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean store.
