Job summary

Kohl's is hiring in Loveland, CO for a role focused on customer service at the point of sale. You will deliver fast, friendly service, operate a cash register, scan items and handle payments while contributing to a seamless checkout experience.

You will also help maintain inventory accuracy, support training for new hires, and participate in daily service processes, all while upholding Kohl's brand standards and a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, operate a cash register and handle payments.
• Execute POS and service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising practices.
• Assist training for new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes and cash handling.
