Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member in New Orleans. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store presentation to reflect brand standards. In this role you’ll support Omni-Channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and engage customers in the Rewards program while adhering to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers with Rewards program and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
