Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member at a Columbus, GA location to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find products. You will ensure a fast checkout, assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and adhering to SOPs while promoting a respectful, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Willingness to assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Handle fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and shelf replenishment.
• Support store recovery and merchandising to stay in-stock.
