Job summary

SKIMS in Corte Madera is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support our busy store during the holiday period. The role emphasizes delivering a premium customer experience, learning product stories, and maintaining a clean, organized floor.

You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and stay flexible to cover peak hours, weekends, and holiday shifts. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and ready to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and receptiveness to feedback.
• Fan of SKIMS and aligned with values.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and guide them through the shopping experience.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support confident recommendations.
• Assist with POS/MPOS transactions and maintain accurate checkout.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy hours.
• Help maintain an inclusive, premium brand environment.
• Be flexible, covering different zones and shifts as needed.
