Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Scottsdale Quarter location in Scottsdale, AZ. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a team of associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, engaging customers both in-store and through related events.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, a passion for active lifestyles, and strong communication. Candidates should be flexible with hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be capable of lifting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and colleagues with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising to keep the store easy to shop and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help improve the business.
• Aim to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as needed (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
