Fabletics Retail is currently seeking a Store Associate for Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. You will help customers connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using in-store technology and collaborate with a supportive store team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and inviting.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with inventory unpacking as needed.
