The role supports multiple store areas as needed to meet business needs. The ideal candidate shows strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow labor laws and store policies; participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
