As a Seasonal associate, you’ll greet customers, process transactions, support store operations such as curbside pickup and merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store environment. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and you must be able to move around

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dedication to customer service and store goals.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and teammates.
• Comfort with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and address inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, merchandising, and product placement.
• Maintain appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
