Job summary

Belk is hiring for Seasonal team members across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment and more. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience.

You may assist on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind the scenes while maintaining attractive displays and welcoming customers. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and drive to achieve store objectives.

• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).

• Support store operations like fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, store events.
• Collaborate with teammates and celebrate achievements.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
• Support inventory accuracy and minimize shrink.
