Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing and maintaining a clean, orderly store presentation. You will greet customers, proactively help solve problems and provide product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.

You will support store operations, assist with back stock and merchandising tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment. Previous retail experience and a High School diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, stocking, pricing of merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.
• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware (Ace Retail Group).
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Assist with signage, end caps, ad merchandise and merchandising resets; support department specialists.
