Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to help with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, inviting store. You will deliver friendly, proactive customer service and assist with daily store operations including signage, restocking, and merchandising resets.

The role emphasizes product knowledge and teamwork to exceed customer expectations. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25lbs) and climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group and proactively assist customers.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean sales floor and stock room.
• Support with signage updates, end caps, ad merchandise, and store resets; communicate ideas to management.
• Operate forklift with proper training and participate in store meetings.
