The role involves assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, supporting store recovery, and following SOPs and safety guidelines. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience; be able to stand for long periods;

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and handle merchandise recovery and returns.
