Job summary

JUNK Brands is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate for our Bentonville flagship store. You'll greet customers, ring sales, keep the floor stocked, and create a welcoming in-store experience during holidays, race weekends, and community events.

Work closely with the Store Manager and a part-time team, helping convert visitors into repeat JUNK customers while upholding brand standards, assisting with product drops, and supporting in-store merchandising and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; training provided.
• Availability during the season (Nov 9–Dec 24) including after school, weekends, some evenings and event days.
• Commitment to the full seasonal period and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer using product knowledge.
• Ring sales and process transactions on Shopify POS.
• Keep the store floor stocked and looking sharp; assist with merchandising.
• Support bi-weekly product drops and in-store events/activations.
• Represent the JUNK brand and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Handle returns and exchanges accurately per store procedures.
