Job summary

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store and sales floor.
• Provides and accepts feedback.
• Follows labor laws and store policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
