You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist with purchases and returns, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting store goals. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer experience practices with customers and coworkers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Handle store recovery tasks and keep the store clean and organized.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in other store areas as needed to meet business needs.
