Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety/housekeeping duties.
• Support shrink reduction goals and policies.
• Adhere to labor laws and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
