You’ll engage with customers, support multiple areas, and promote credit and loyalty programs while following established procedures and standards. Ideal candidates show strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational standards
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness
• Support shrink reduction goals and labor policies
• Contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Other duties as assigned
