Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor and follow procedures.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Assist in reducing shrink and participate in safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
