Job summary

You will participate in store operations, promote loyalty programs, and adapt to changing priorities while working with teammates to meet goals. Starting pay ranges from $18.35 to $18.85 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and efficiently prep merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Support safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
