Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG Ontario Mills Outlets location is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge. You will greet customers, manage transactions, and maintain store standards while promoting the UGG brand and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires up to two years of retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive team player attitude.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and showcase product knowledge.
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain a clean back-stock and break area.
Follow safety policies and respond to theft according to company guidelines.
