Psycho Bunny in El Paso is seeking a Seasonal Associate at The Outlet Shoppes to deliver a personalized, premium customer experience on-site. You will ring transactions and support transfers and order fulfilment.

Using product knowledge and our Bold Selling model, you’ll build relationships, drive sales, and capture customer contact details.

You’ll help maintain visual standards, assist with replenishment, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
• Comfort with using computer systems to ring transactions and support store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ring transactions and support transfers and order fulfilment.
• Build relationships with customers using our Bold Selling model and clienteling approach.
• Capture customer contact details to grow loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain visual standards and store housekeeping.
• Assist with replenishment, recovery and selling on the sales floor.
• Follow stock loss and security procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
