Job summary

Psycho Bunny at Denver Premium Outlets is seeking a Seasonal Associate to ensure a seamless customer experience and build personal connections with shoppers. You will ring transactions, fulfill orders, and contribute to visual standards while representing our bold, premium brand.

You'll use your product knowledge and friendly personality to foster long-term relationships, drive sales through authentic clienteling, and support the store team across replenishment, stock loss procedures, and daily

Qualifications

• Must have outgoing personality and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused selling culture.
• Ability to collaborate with Psycho Bunny team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Ring transactions and perform functions like merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers using our Bold Selling model.
• Capture customer contact information to develop a loyal client base.
• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support the sales floor on replenishment, recovery and selling activities.
• Familiarize with stock loss and security procedures and act accordingly.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
