Job summary

Psycho Bunny, located at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA, is hiring a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on-site. You will ring transactions, assist with transfers and fulfillment, and build lasting relationships with shoppers.

Responsibilities include using our Bold Selling model to drive sales, maintaining store standards, and helping with replenishment and security. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions like transfers and order fulfillment.
• Build client relationships and sell using the Bold Selling model.
• Create a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer contact details.
• Support store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Assist with replenishment, recovery and selling on the sales floor.
• Familiarize with stock loss and security procedures and stay attentive to them.
