Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. The role involves merchandising, freight handling, front-end and cashier duties, and delivering a positive customer experience across sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

This temporary position does not guarantee ongoing employment, but may lead to regular part-time or full-time opportunities as they become available. The pay range is $15.00–$16.07 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across store areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused environment.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve store goals.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Process freight, stock, and replenish merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
• Take on other duties as needed based on business needs.
