Monterey Bay Aquarium is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to deliver friendly guest service and maintain welcoming, organized retail spaces that support ocean conservation and sustainability.

This on-site, seasonal role runs up to 120 days with a pay of $17.00 per hour. Weekend and holiday shifts are common. Onboarding, employee discounts, paid parental leave, an employee assistance program, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven team are included.

Seasonal Retail Associate

Make a difference where it matters. As a Seasonal Retail Associate at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences while supporting a mission dedicated to ocean conservation and sustainability.

About the Role

Join the SSA Group team at the Monterey Bay Aquarium for a seasonal opportunity where retail meets purpose. You’ll provide exceptional service to aquarium guests while helping maintain welcoming, organized retail spaces that support the overall guest experience.

This is a seasonal position with a maximum employment period of 120 days. Employment will end once the 120-day period has been reached. At the end of the season, the employee must be terminatedand cannot be rehired for at least 13 weeks.

What You’ll Do
