Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in controlling expenses, shrinkage and all merchandising and inventory control.
