Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking seasonal staff in Niles, Illinois to support the Store Management Team. Responsibilities include setting up, merchandising, and tearing down the store, along with maintaining guest services and generating sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, packing up and tearing down a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
