Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Kingston Collection. You will support daily photo operations, drive sales, and lead a seasonal team to create magical holiday memories for families.

You’ll work alongside the Local Manager to ensure outstanding guest service, staffing, and training, with opportunities to continue into future seasons and expand within our photo division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for required pre-season training and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values and policies.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required).
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management; escalate IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other administrative tasks.
