Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to work with the Local Manager to lead a team delivering magical holiday memories for families.

You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate seasonal staff, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest service. You’ll help with opening-day preparations and oversee inventory, scheduling, training, and procedures while promoting a positive team environment and high guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cash handling or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day prep, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
