Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for the Fox Valley location in Aurora, IL.

You will assist the Local Manager in leading a dynamic seasonal team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during the busy holiday period. Responsibilities include supporting daily photo operations, opening-day preparations, scheduling, training, and inventory management while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
