Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Oakbrook Center. You will assist the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, driving sales and delivering outstanding guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will manage daily photo operations, support hiring and scheduling, and ensure a smooth operation with a focus on guest satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities across our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction role.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Willingness to attend required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
