Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead our seasonal team and ensure top-quality guest experiences. You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate staff, drive sales, and deliver outstanding service during holiday visits.

Responsibilities include hiring prep, inventory, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures, with opportunities for growth beyond the season and potential advancement within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of leading a seasonal team.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction role.
• Ability to lead independently, make sound decisions and train others.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, staffing, scheduling and setup.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes.
• Address customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training and recruiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
