Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving top-line sales growth in an interim/seasonal capacity.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of team members; address HR-related situations through performance management.
• Provide coaching and foster a positive work environment to maintain high team morale.
• Help create a store environment focused on exceptional guest experience and safe, inviting shopping and working conditions.
• Drive guest loyalty and sales through effective selling strategies and KPI-focused execution.
• Maintain store appearance and adherence to visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Assist in analyzing the business and creating action plans for effective operational execution.
• Support inventory management activities and control expenses; follow safety and loss prevention policies.
