Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a part-time, on-site Yankee Candle interim 2nd Assistant Manager at Short Pump, VA. You will support the Store Manager, develop a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving sales and KPI targets.

You will coach staff, manage onboarding, maintain store visuals, and ensure safe, welcoming shopping and working conditions. Fragrance environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
