Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Housekeeper for Deerfield Beach, FL to maintain resort cleanliness in offices, clubhouses, models and rentals, with weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years in housekeeping, knowledge of cleaning products, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas and models as directed (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and resort team as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
